3 Ingredient Banana Panakes

  • 2 Bananas

  • 2 Eggs

  • 1 Tsp Imitation Vanilla

Mash 2 bananas in a bowl with 2 eggs and 1tsp of vanilla essence. Fry until golden brown. I topped mine with sugar free maple syrup 🤤

Tip: if you like them a little fluffier add a little self raising flour. They are also delicious with cinnamon sugar or or add some vanilla protein yoghurt.
