I did this transformation.

There is 3 years difference in this photo and a whole lot of hard work. Many of times I doubted myself and my journey; I like to use visuals like this on my reverse bucket list, as a reminder when I need to draw on strength.

To create a reverse bucket list, write down a list of all the things you've already accomplished, things that make you feel proud.

My love language is words of affirmation and so when I see all the amazing things I have achieved it reaches my heart and drives me forward.

It’s important to identify obstacles and different techniques to work through the road blocks in your way. Different tools that can help, creating a vision board, reverse bucket lists, rewards charts, reflective journaling and soooo much more.

It’s not easy to draw on these positive moments in the beginning, but if you anticipate the threat you already have the advantage of thinking progressively and adapting to how you can do better... Mindset is everything.
